A plant of peace against war!!!

In 1991, when we founded the first association in defense of the human rights of Cannabis consumers in Spain, the second concern of the majority of citizens was "the drug problem".

A decade later, with the founding of the first Cannabis Social Clubs (CSC), social concern regarding the "drug problem" had disappeared from official and private surveys. It happened that adult and sick consumers who needed THC and/or CBD could now access the Plant and its derivatives away from the Black Market, with all the advantages, by eliminating so many things that negatively affected the user and society: low quality and adulteration of the final product, the increase in criminality and organized crime, and its consequent "social alarm".
The expansion of the Cannabis Social Clubs (CSC) throughout the Peninsula and the Islands was the cause of this decrease in conflicts derived from the accepted use of cannabis by adults or those who need it due to their illness. The positive experience obtained in these years has allowed the idea of CSCs to spread from Malta to Germany and all the way to Uruguay, and it was taken as a model and being studied for its application in countries around the world that seek a fair and just drug policy, more effective than the mere application of prohibitionist protocols.

The deleterious effects of participating in a war for the survivors are known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, formerly "war fatigue". One of the main symptoms caused by post-traumatic stress is precisely the recurrence of dreams of past experiences that prevent rest, recovery and general well-being. It has been shown that cannabinoids, by interfering with the Cerebral Endocannabinoid System (SEC) and administered before bedtime, not only help to fall asleep, but also prevent dreams from being remembered.

It is to be hoped that scientific evidence will prevail and that thanks to the legalization of the medicinal use of cannabis, Ukrainian soldiers will see their admirable courage and resilience strengthened in the face of a cruel and anachronistic invader who will lack this advantage.
