During their 2-day stay in Kyiv, the participants will be accomodated preferably with Ukrainian hosts, and according to the numbers of participants, in a local hotel.
The Patients of Ukraine, a Charitable Foundation, will look after the accomodations. They can be reached by email, and visited on their website

The Patients of Ukraine will also organize meetings with the press on the afternoon of July 12th,
and on July 13th.
They will organize for the participants a reception by the Ukranian authorities in the afternoon of the 13th.
